Modus, the developers of Waterside, Trowbridge recently organised an artwork competition with local schools in the area. The winning artwork from the competition will be displayed on the hoardings outside the development.
The competition was pitched to local primary schools in Trowbridge inviting them to design artwork that represented leisure and entertainment, the main concept behind the Waterside development. Feedback was excellent from pupils in the area, with each submitting their own unique ideas.
The judging was carried out by Town Clerk, Lance Allen and Jamie Bunce, Modus Development Manager, who both said that judging was exceptionally difficult as the standard of entries were so high. The Winners were as follows from Bellefield Primary School, Chloe De Mornay, Niomi Harvey and Amy Moles along with Jodie Walker from Studley Green Primary School. Each entry truly reflects leisure and fun, and will be used as a positive communication tool on the hoardings of the development at the end of the year.
